Hello, and welcome to Lose Weight Fast and Safe and my about me page! I assume you are here to learn a little about me, so here we go:
My name is Steve. I am a 41 year old, retired plumber out of San Jose, CA. I live with my wonderful girlfriend Kristina and our little dog Zoe. Kristina is a student at San Jose State University where she is in her last semester for her Bachelor Degree, and is thinking of going for her MBA.
As I said, I am retired. My retirement was not one of choice, but out of necessity. I suffered some pretty bad injuries while plying my trade – the worst of which was falling off a roof during a job I was on. I landed on the concrete driveway at a very bad angle. Less than 6 months later, I was rear-ended by a hit and run driver who was going pretty fast before he hit me. These are the 2 most recent accidents in a series.
These injuries are what cause me to start becoming overweight. This website is about how that happened, the effects that it had on my life, and how I was able to overcome it.
